請假須知

一般請假:

1.請登入會員系統請假(固定制)或預約取消(預約制)

2.未在2小時前請假者，教師最多等候20分鐘，20分鐘後該堂課視為已上課堂數。如遇停電、斷訊，天災等不可抗拒因素，課程順延一次。若有臨時狀況請直接撥打電話或line通知。

3.請假成功後，系統會寄出請假成功通知信，課程將自動順延一次。

4.教師和學生不能私下調課。

年度停課日:

台灣與菲律賓的重要節日以下日期，課程將全面暫停。適逢停課日，課程表上課程將自動順延(無須另外請假)：
1. 台灣: 農曆年除夕至初四共5天
2. 台灣: 元旦、清明節、端午節、中秋節有上課，但不計請假次數
3. 菲律賓: Holy Week:約在四月份(2天)
All Saints Day： 10/31~ 11/01 (共 2 天)
